Before teaming up with Juliana and Benjamin (who quite literally saved us!), our former realtor had us feeling hopeless, stressed, and defeated. We were overwhelmed and doubting whether we’d ever get through the process of selling our home, especially having just relocated out of state. We were anxious and knew we needed a realtor we could trust. Someone who understood the market would take the reins and confidently guide us through a successful close. Then we received the call that changed it all. Enter the Yeagers. We were introduced to the Yeagers five years prior, when they represented the seller for the home we purchased. Within 48 hours, the home was listed on the PLN, complete with both in-person and virtual staging, plus strong social media promotion. First, Juliana and Benjamin are exceptionally personable and honest people – I think we spent the first hour discussing my relationship with my life companion and his connection to his building. Second, I really liked their sales strategy. They proposed showing the building to a network of people they knew to get feedback on the building and its pricing. The building did not need to be empty using this approach, which was a HUGE benefit to me, since I think my partner still had the first T-shirt he ever owned!
